Annie Elizabeth Jordan, 81, the wife of the late Clyde C. Jordan  and mother of Mr Frazier E. Garner, owner and operator of the East St. Louis Monitor, transitioned from this life Sunday, July 23, 2017 in East St. Louis, Illinois A private service and interment will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri. Annie leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Frazier E. Garner of East St. Louis, IL, two daughters, Charlotte(George) Edwards Jr. of Shiloh, Il., and Jennifer(Kevin) Malone of East St. Louis, IL.; two brothers; Andrew (Mary) Jackson of Dallas, TX., and Raymond(Mary) Jackson of Virginia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
