Mr. Barcus Lockett, 62, of E. St. Louis, IL departed this life on November 29, 2021, in the comfort of his home.. Visitation service will be 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2021,  Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Pilgrim Baptist Church 1121 Dr. M R Lemons Blvd.E. St. Louis, IL 62207   Barcus is survived by five children, TiKisha (Ryan) Bennett of Houston Texas; Dr. Barcus C. (Lillie) Jackson of St. Louis, Missouri; Staicee Simmons of East St. Louis, Illinois; Joseph Shanklin of Lubbock, Texas; and Tia Obannon of Belleville, Illinois; Seven Grandchildren-TaJhye Reid, Zyland Collins, ZaKei Wiley, Ja’Zion Shanklin, Barcus Jackson, Jr., Morgan Jackson, and Madison Jackson; One Sister, Tamara L. (Elmer) Byrd of Hazelwood, MO; And a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
