Visitation service will be from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Yolanda Scruggs of Fairview Heights, IL; Three brothers Willie (Jessie) Edwards Scruggs of Memphis, TN, Odell (Karen) Scruggs of Olive Branch, MS, and Tracey Scruggs of Memphis, TN; Everlina (James) Holt of Bi Halia, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
