Mrs. Betty J. Harrell, 76, of Belleville, IL departed this life on September 22, 2021, in St. Louis, MO. Visitation services will be from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Power of Change, 2348 Jerome Lane, Cahokia Heights, IL.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Edward L. Harrell of Belleville, IL; Six sons Jimmy (Carol) Williams, Johnny (Lisa) Wilson, William Wilson, Jesse Wilson, Otis (Donna) Lumpkin and Victor (JoAnn) Lumpkin; Five daughters Deloris (Kevin) Bailey, Dorothy Farmer, Denis (Alex) Fennoy, Shenita Hicks, and Africa Priest; Fifty Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
