Mr. Billie Gulley,64, of New Baden, IL. departed this life on August 25, 2018 in Lebanon, IL. Memorial service will be from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Wednesday , September 5, 2018 at Teat Chapel 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL. Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Linda Gulley, one son; Michael (Stephany) Gulley, two daughters; Amy (Brian) Holland and Jamie Gulley-Parsons.  two sisters; Patsy Gulley and Nancy (Les) Black six grandchildren and one great grandchild. A host of nieces, nephews other relative and friends.
