She leaves to cherish her memories her Mother Priscilla Smith of E. St. Louis, IL; Two sons Lattral Smoot of E. St. Louis, IL and Lamar Moore of St. Louis, MO;  Four brothers Roosevelt Joe, Kevin Joe, Darryl Joe, and Demetrius Joe; Seven sisters Rovetta Joe, Lisa Joe, Shameko “Mikki” Smith, Karen “CAL” Joe, Shanni Smith, Ginger Joe, and Banita Joe; One Grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
