Visitation Service will be from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Baptist Church, 538 S. 35 th Street, E. St. Louis, IL 62207. Service will follow at 11:00a.m.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter Eva Dowell of Belleville, IL; Mother Ms. Freddie Perkins of O’Fallon, IL; Brother Steven (Tamara) Perkins of Millstadt, IL; Sisters LaVonda Crim of O’Fallon, IL, Lanita (Steven) Goodwin of Shiloh, IL, Jeanetta Perkins and Arnetta Perkins both of Cahokia Heights, IL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear relatives and friends.
