Evangelist Kim Rockett, 69 formerly of East St. Louis, IL departed this life on July 13, 2026, in Monroe, NC.

Visitation Services will be held from 9:00am-10:00am on Friday, July 31, 2026, at New Destiny Ministries, 535 State Route 3, Cahokia Heights, IL 62206. Funeral Service will follow at 10:00am.

She leaves to cherish her memory her lifelong friend and devoted former husband, Gaylord Rockett; her loving daughters, Letrice Rockett and Gaybriel “Gabby” Rockett; her beloved daughter-in-love and namesake, Gaybriel Letrice Rockett; her cherished grandchildren, Keanna Lewis, Devonte’ Lewis, Princess Gordon, Noble Gordon, and Deangelo Gordon; her precious great-grandchildren, Dieudonne Mwepu and Gianni Mwepu; her loving brother, Raymond Owens; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, church family, former coworkers, former Job Corps students, spiritual sons and daughters, and countless friends whose lives were forever touched by her love and unwavering faith.
