Sinai M.B. Church, 1200 St. Louis Avenue, E. St. Louis, IL.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m.. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Shirley Rayford of Fairview Heights, IL; Four sons Edward (Anjalic) Loggins of Minnesota, Ricky (Tina) Loggins of Hammond, IN, Byron Rayford of St. Louis, MO, and Fred Douglas Rayford of Dallas, TX; Three daughters Patricia (John) Brown of Minnesota, Sharon Green of Fairview Heights, IL, and Lori Grant of Cahokia Heights, IL; Nineteen Grandchildren; Twenty-six Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
