Gregory Montgomery Jr

Gregory Montgomery Jr. was born on January 20, 1984 in Centreville, Illinois to the union of Gregory Montgomery Sr. and Doris A. Clark II Montgomery. He was the first of three children. Sister, Darla Rocquelle Montgomery, brother, Gabriel Michael-Lawrence Montgomery. Gregory, known by those who knew and loved him as Jr., attended Hawthorne elementary from Preschool through mid fourth grade. In January 1994, Jr moved with his family to College Park Georgia. There he was educated in the Georgia public school system. Greg Jr. attended Phoenix University online in hopes to fulfill his desire to be a graphic arts designer; something he was very good at. Jr. loved football, he played under coach Cooke and Coach Early during his Junior High school years. He was so good that he played offense, defense, and special teams. Greg Jr. was employed with Shaw Industries as a machinist and a certified forklift driver for about 7 years until a back injury helped end his career there. Jr. most importantly loved his family. He always spoke highly of his uncles and TeTe and how he loved being with them. He always said how he wished he could spend more time with family and especially his uncles. Gregory Montgomery Jr. passed on into eternity on Saturday December 10, 2016 at the tender age of 32. He leaves to cherish his memory his father Gregory Montgomery Sr., mother Doris A. Montgomery, sister Darla R. Montgomery, and brother Gabriel M-L. Montgomery. One nephew Joshua L Montgomery, and three nieces; Jahniya L., Jahlana L., and Jahzaria L. Montgomery. Beloved uncles and aunts and a host of other relatives and friends. A very dear and near friend/brother Dilworth Junious III.; Adea Junious-High friend/sister and his second mom Mrs. Toni Hardy.
