Lemuel Mason

Lemuel Fitzgerald Mason a.k.a Man, was born in St. Louis, MO. but he resided in Sparta, IL. He was the second born of six children, four girls and two boys. He attended High School in Sparta, IL. and was a proud member of the Football team. After High School, he met his High School sweetheart; Chelsea Mason and they were United in Holy Matrimony January 6, 2011. His presence lit up the room and he was always dressed to impress. Man took personal pride in his appearance, when it came to dressing.   He loved to be color coordinated from head to toe and he had a warm spirit to go with his Suave personality.  He was a warm-hearted loving person who brought smiles to everyone he met. He will truly be missed. Man was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. No matter how bad he felt, he would always respond,”I’m Alright.” Lemuel “Man” Mason is survived by his wife; Chelsie Mason of Sparta, IL. two daughters; Mariah Greer and Allea Greer both of Sparta, IL. mother; Seania (Nolan) Stunson of Sparta, IL. father; Troy (Lisa)Mason of St. Louis, Mo. one brother; Troinell Mason of Spokane, Washington, four sisters; Danielle Mason of Sparta, IL. Dennisha Corbray of Dallas, Tx. Natosha Stunson of Sparta, IL. and Aujuni Mason of Dallas, Tx. Grandparents; Everlena Starks and Johnny Mason, Seania Hunter. A host of Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew’s other relatives and friends.
