Mrs. Lillian B. Blackmon, 88, of Belleville, IL departed this life on September 16, 2024, in the comfort of her home.

Visitation service will be from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Centreville Church of Christ, 7435 Old Missouri Avenue, Alorton, IL 62207. Service will follow at 11:00 a.m.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Johnnie Blackmon of Belleville, IL; Brother Rudy (Mary) Prowl of O’Fallon, IL; Sister-in-Laws Inez Lockett, Birdie Blackmon both of E. St. Louis, IL, Evelyn (Jimmy) Boyd of Shiloh, IL, Delores (Floyd) Cobb of Swansea, IL; Grandchildren Jennifer Blackmon and Johnnie Golliday; Great Grandchildren Morgan Harris-Golliday and Khlark Golliday, and a host of cousins, and other dear relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Lonnie and Veola Prowl; Daughter Marchelle Golliday; Son Artez Blackmon; Sister Marjorie Jones; Brothers Theodus Prowl, and Harrison Williams.
