Mrs. Magnolia Fowler, 95, of East Saint Louis, IL. departed this life on May 19, 2019 in Belleville, IL. Visitation service will be from 10:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Life Church, 4180 Smelting Works Road, Swansea, IL.  Service will follow at 12:00 noon.  Interment will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Belleville, IL. She leaves to cherish her memories her son Pastor Michael (Jacquard) Fowler of East Saint Louis, IL; Four daughters Bernadette Sterling of University City, MO, Cheryl Fowler of East Saint Louis, IL, Joi (Johnny) Fuller of Madison, AL, and Jill (David) Carter of Parker, CO; Fifteen Grandchildren;Sixteen Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relative and friends.
