He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved Husband Milbert Neeley- Carlisle of East St Louis, IL; his Brothers Rev. Aaron (LaDonna) Carlisle of O’Fallon, IL, and Victor (Traci) Carlisle of East St. Louis, IL; his Sister Angela (Rob) Wiley of Las Vegas, NV; his Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, Relatives and Friends.
