Mrs. Peggy Sanders, 74, of East St. Louis, IL departed this life on July 29, 2025, in the comfort of her home.

Visitation service will be from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at New Life Community Church, 1919 State St., East St. Louis, IL. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m.

She leaves to cherish her memories her Son Trenton (Laquita) Mosby of Memphis, TN; her Daughters Lisa Shamburger of East St. Louis, IL, and Jacquelyn Smith of Belleville, IL; her Brothers Junior Flemmings of St. Louis, MO, Ollie (Jackie) Mosby of Rosville, TN, Ricky Mosby of Memphis, TN, Michael Mosby of Memphis, TN, Tyrone Mosby of Memphis, TN, David (Sharise) Mosby of Atlanta, GA, Lesley Mosby of Memphis, TN, Parnell Mosby of East St. Louis, IL, and Elbert Dickerson of St. Louis, MO; her Sisters Elaine (Ivan) Jones of Rosville, TN, Ada Mae Mosby of Memphis, TN, Madelia (David) Leake of Hernando, MS, Yvonne (Derick) Starks of Cordova, TN, and Ernice Mosby of Bloomington, IL. She is also survived by five Grandchildren, seven Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
