  Phyllis C. Lockett, 58, of Belleville, IL. departed this life November 13, 2018 in St. Louis, Mo. Visitation will be Saturday November 24, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. the funeral will follow Saturday at 11:00 a.m. both services will be at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 1121 Dr. R. Lemons Blvd, E. St. Louis, IL. 62207 Interment services will be at Sunset Gardens Cemetery. Phyllis leaves to cherish her precious memories, a daughter and grandson, Kristin Alexis Pearl Lockett and Keistin BrylexLockett-Johnson of Belleville, IL; Two sisters, Delores Quinn of East St. Louis, IL; Tamara L. (Elmer) Byrd of Hazelwood, MO; One brother, Barcus Lockett of East St. Louis, IL; Her best friend, Pamela (Derris) Boyd and the rest of her friends of the Dynamic Midwest Divas; A longtime friend, Kevin Hill; and ahost of  nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
