Church 2235 Bond Avenue, E. St. Louis, IL.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. She leaves to cherish her memories her son Jamar Tibbs of Swansea, IL; Four brothers Lance (Stephanie) Tibbs of Flint, MI; Keith Luellan of Cheyenne, WY, Mark (Belva) Tibbs of Cleveland, OH, and Neil Tibbs f Belleville, IL; One sister Carmen (Perry) Cox of Swansea, IL; Three Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
