St. Louis, IL, and Devin Simms of Madison, IL; Two daughters Nichole LaShore or Orville, AL and Triffanie Simms of O’Lathe, KS; Mother Sarah Lou Simms of Brooklyn, IL; Three brothers Locust Simms, Jr., of Lovejoy, IL, Walter (Glenda) Simms of Lyons, KS, and Darrell (Bridgette) Simms of Alton, IL;  Six sisters Sandra Hall of Collinsville, IL, Denise Simms, Annie Cooper both of Lovejoy, IL, Darlene (Ricky) Gordon of Granite City, IL, Lucinda Simms of Lovejoy, IL, and Sherese Simms of Granite City, IL; Six Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
