Visitation services will be September 25, 2023 from 5:00p.m.-8:00p.m. located at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Funeral services will be September 26, 2023 at 10:00a.m. located at Love Church, 1549 Frank Scott Pkwy W, Belleville, IL 62223

 

Ulysses Tobias “Blue Boy” as he affectionately was called leaves to cherish five Grand-Daughters Sylvia (Kevin) Massey, Evangelist Alisha Thrope (fiance Pastor Rickie Cole), Christina (George) Robinson, Leeonora (Khlaid) Muhammad, Sabrina Tobias, and one bonus Grand Daughter Minster Janice Weems; Three Grand-Sons Clarence (Rosetta) Tobias, Paul (Essie) Tobias, and Ulysses Tobias III. Twenty Great-Grandchildren, and Twenty-four Great-Great Grandchildren. A host of Nieces Nephews, cousins, Sharon Gale his caregiver, and other family and friends.
