Visitation Service will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1411 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, IL 62201. Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 a.m.

He leaves to cherish his memories his Sons William “PJ” (Shay Yun) Hester Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO, and Kevin (Bridget) Williams of Fairborn, OH; his Daughters Lynnee (Dwayne) Gregory of Henrico, VA, Tifanni Hester of Lumberton, NC, Suzette Perkins of Lawton, OK, and Robin Harrison of Tarboro, NC; his Brother Edward Hester of Hopewell, VA; a host of Grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
