Visitation Service will be 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Beverly Mitchell of East St. Louis, IL; his daughters Denise (Franklin) Alexander of Cantonment, FL, Dawn Mitchell of Granite City, IL, and Simone Mitchell; one son Shawn DeBruce of Belleville, IL; two sisters Jean Mitchell-Hart of Kissimmee, FL, and Sandra Mitchell of Kissimmee, FL; two sister-in-laws Peggy (Marion) Harris of Powder Springs, GA, and Sharon DeBruce of Arlington, TX; one brother-in-law Kerry (Rosa) DeBruce of Hot Springs, AR; extended family Denise Mitchell, Rochelle Mitchell, and Ricky Mitchell; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
