Visitation services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. at Lighthouse Apostolic Healing Mission, 1601 Cleveland Ave., East St. Louis, IL 62205. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m.

He leaves to cherish his memories two sons Willie (Kimberly) Spratt Jr. of Fairview Heights, IL, and Curtis (Judith) Spratt of Grayson, GA; three daughters Felicia Spratt of Cahokia Heights, IL, Reneesha (Mardricus) Bettis of Collinsville, IL, and Cunesha Spratt of East St. Louis, IL; four brothers Edward (Sharman) Powers of Belleville, IL, Mark Spratt of Lakewood, CA, Randy Powers of Salt Lake City, UT, and Willie Spratt of Tupelo, MS; three sisters Angela (Ray) Jones of Belleville, IL, Tommie (Hosea) King of Granite City, IL, and Loretta Spratt of Aberdeen, MS; nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
