He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Clara (Prentiss) Hall of Champaign, IL; One son Charles Waits of Milwaukee, WI; One daughter Felicia “Lisa” Waits of Chicago, IL; Three sisters, Anne Moncada of Chicago, IL, Hazel Williams of Milwaukee, WS, and JoeAin McKee of Chicago, IL and a host of Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and other relatives and friends.
